- Can I pay my bill electronically?
- Yes. You can pay your bill using your checking or savings account on our website or in our app for free. Credit and debit card payments can be made for a service fee.

- Can I choose when I pay my bill?
- Yes. You have the option to pay immediately or to choose a payment date. If you are an Automatic Payment customer, your payment will be made on your due date.

- How long will it take for my payment to process?
- Payments made before 4 p.m. CT will be withdrawn and applied to your account on the same day. Payments made after 4 p.m. CT or on a weekend or holiday will be withdrawn and applied the next business day.

- What if I need to change or cancel a payment I have scheduled?
- You can change or cancel your scheduled payment online in your account any time before the payment date.

- What happens if my payment is returned from my bank?
- Payments made with insufficient funds are subject to our standard non-sufficient funds (NSF) processing fee.
