We wanted to make you aware that our representatives will be out completing customer meters inspections throughout 2020.
Contractors doing work on our behalf for this project will be wearing brightly colored vests with the Minnesota Energy Resources logo,
so they should be recognizable. If you have concerns, ask for identification. All employees and representatives carry identification cards
with their name and photograph, and will be happy to present them. They will follow the CDC's guidelines for safety, including wearing
appropriate personal protective equipment and practicing social distancing.
Representatives completing the meter inspections will be accessing customer meters to complete a physical assessment
and take a photo of all natural gas meters.
